Our client the UK’s leading provider of finance for the legal profession who lend over £100m a year are seeking an additional Account Manager to join their sales team selling a wide range of unsecured finance products into the legal sector.
Our client offers short term funding for practice loans, VAT, personal tax , practicing certificates and professional indemnity insurance , they deal with 500 practices nationally today and believe this represents , despite their success , just 25% of their target marketplace.
Whilst they do deal tactically via brokers and vendors the vast majority of their business today is direct to the customer driven and as such your role will be focussed on this direct route to the customer.
Your role will be to sell our clients full range of products to a portfolio of existing customer plus a very strong focus on targeting , prospecting and winning new credit worthy customers.
You will be very well rewarded for your success with commission being monthly paid and paid on every deal you close with earnings being wholly uncapped.
This is an office based role as a consequence you need to be able to base yourself on a daily basis from our clients offices in Poole.
Experience of the finance sector is preferred but experience of financing the legal profession though nice to have is not required , by way of comparison other members of the sales team prior joining our client have backgrounds in selling mortgages , selling retail finance and telesales.
What you must be is very focussed, be very aware of the transactional nature of our clients business , be very execution centric and of course be very numbers driven both in terms of your activity levels and achievement of your volume and profit targets.
You must also have the skills to push higher up the chain of command within existing and also new customers to Managing Partner , Finance Director , Chief Cashier level to maximise the opportunity to sell our clients full range of products.
Salary range up to £45,000 OTE £90,000 monthly commission uncapped earnings plus excellent benefits.
