DESCRIPTION
Our client , a leading head lessor are seeking additional Area Sales Managers to join their spectacularly successful sales team to cover Greater Manchester & Lincolnshire sales areas. Your role will be one of prospecting customers either direct or via dealers to finance either new or used LCV’s , HGV’s , trailers offering a range of finance products and some insurance products.
Whilst you may inherit some customers on your area this is largely a new business but one where your earnings will be amongst the very highest anywhere in any sales role in the asset finance sector.
Over the last fiscal the top 5 sales performers , representing nearly 50% of the sales team all wrote £18m or higher with our clients leading performer writing £25m of new business , sales targets though are very realistic year 1 you can expect a target of £6m.
A superb pay plan is provided which pays commission monthly on every deal you close ( there is no hurdle before you earn ) volume bonuses are then paid at year end for hitting various levels of new business. We are happy to disclose details of the pay plan to suitably qualified applicants.
Crucially earnings are wholly totally uncapped and our clients highest achiever earned over £350,000 in the last fiscal.
Candidate Profile
If you are a true new business hunter with a background of demonstrable success either with an asset finance sales background or possibly an HGV , LCV or trailer sales background and have used finance to achieve your targets and you live on or near the sales area we would be interested in talking to you.
If you are someone who is able and willing to make 20+ cold calls a day to find prospects to meet and sell to and you can also tactically leverage opportunities from dealers to find prospects we would be interested in talking to you.
If you are someone who is not frightened of asking the customer to pay 11 , 12 , 13% or higher nominal interest rates because you know that if you sell cheap money you cannot yourself earn big money then we would be interested in talking to you.
If you are someone whose sees earning £100,000 in year 1 as just a start and you want the opportunity to earn £350,000 a year , or indeed higher but without needing to start your own lease brokerage or work commission only as an authorised representative of a super broker we would be interested in talking to you.
If you are someone who will go and see a customer at 6.00pm on a Friday night to find them a solution and take the deal off the table while your competitors relax and offer to see the customer next Monday instead we would be interested in talking to you.
JOB PACKAGE
Base salary to £50,000 Year 1 OTE £100,000 , year 2 £150,000 , year 3 £250,000 + totally uncapped earnings.
