Our client a long established and highly successful lease brokerage with a plethora of tier 1 , 2 and 3 funders are seeking to attract a high performing construction finance specialist.
You will inherit a large number of construction dealer relationships where our client has previously done business but the relationship may have lapsed and or has been tactical in nature.
Your role will be one of assessing where strategic opportunities lie and then capitalising on these , not only across the dealer relationships you inherit but you will also be expected to develop your own self sourced construction sector business from your own network of contacts.
Our client are seeking to tempt a high performer to move roles , they are not looking to hire someone who is actively seeking to leave a current employer because they are unhappy or under pressure because they are not performing.
To apply you must have a successful background in the construction finance sector , a good understanding of a variety of construction assets and experience of doing business via construction dealers ( not construction brokers ) and also experience of closing larger deals direct working with and through your dealers.

You will be targeted to achieve a minimum of £10,000 a month of gross profit , once this profit figure has been achieved you will be paid 20% commission right back to zero profit.
Commission is paid monthly and earnings are totally uncapped , very high performers will benefit from receiving commission paid at 25% of profit.

Indicative salary £60,000 – possibly more for the best + car allowance
