Our client a long established and highly successful lessor are seeking additional business development managers to drive dealer driven soft asset business across a range of territories but with particular demand for London & North West.
Your role will be to identify, prospect , win and then develop regular flows of soft asset business from dealers on your sales area promoting our clients excellent service.
Key to what you are selling is the ability to fund the vast majority of deals that emanate from you dealers due to our client having a large panel of funders plus an own book facility.
We are seeking applications from new business hunters ideally from lease broker backgrounds who have the experience and ability to sell at higher rates.
Applicants with dealer driven soft asset experience are the preferred profile but those who have finance and leasing sector sales experience and possess a tenacious approach to business development are very much welcome to apply.
Our client offers a pay plan with rates of commission that go up 22.5% of the income you generate and you start earning commission from the first deal you write.
If you are a driven, focussed individual who has a desire to work for a major employer where the leading income generators regularly earn over £200,000 per annum then we welcome talking with you.
Base salary to £35,000 , on target earnings £60,000 with monthly paid and uncapped earning potential plus car allowance & benefits , potential £100,000 + earnings for high achievers.
