Our client an established fast growing lessor are seeking a Broker Manager to be responsible for their flow business. You will inherit and manage a total of c60 lease brokers and can expect to personally actively manage 20/25 distributed across the UK.
Actively supported by dedicated underwriting staff and internal sales resource your role will be to further develop each broker relationship growing our clients share of each brokers business building engagement with broker principals and their sales staff.
Typically you will engage on deals from £20,000 to £500,000 in size , you will be tasked with achieving realistic volume and margin targets which we will be happy to disclose to suitably qualified applicants.
We are seeking applications from experienced and successful broker managers with a self managing self starter mentality who have the gravitas , presence and drive to take control of the flow business area and build upon existing engagement.
Ideally you will be midlands area based but will actively consider applications from those with a strong background as broker managers who are based either further south or further north.
You must have the skills to develop a business plan for the flow business establishing where strategic opportunities lie and how to capitalise upon them in addition to being a pragmatist to decide where return on investment does not warrant your time and effort.
As the role is home based you must have the technical skills to not only gain regular flow business from your brokers but target, structure and win larger transactions from your brokers working closely with credit , operations , sales support , asset management etc to maximise business opportunities.

Base salary to £65,000 + car allowance , quarterly paid commission with on target earnings + 50% plus excellent benefits
