DESCRIPTION
Our client a long establish funder are seeking an additional Broker Manager to join their team.
The business focusses on financing of largely hard assets and typically seeks to sell out to brokers at an average of 7.0%.
Our clients have terms in place with 215 brokers nationally , of these 100 are active supporters and 115 are classified as dormant , the latter though are not necessarily long lost relationships as our client classifies any broker as dormant if no proposals have been received in any 3 month period.
Your role will be one of revisiting the 115 that are dormant, assessing those that have potential and re-engaging with those that represent the best opportunity.
Additionally if you are able to bring broker contacts with you and your broker contacts are not already supported by our client you will be able to develop these.
Your role will be a national one where you will be home based but with occasional visits to our clients head office.
Our client are setting very realistic targets that reflect the business development nature of the role.
Candidate Profile
As the role is a national one we are flexible on your location but applications from candidates based outside of the South East are of particular interest.
To apply you must have experience of dealing with lease brokers , our preferred applicant will be a Broker Manager currently and have a record of demonstrable success in such a role and also contacts that may be re-leveraged once outside of any restrictive covenants.
We are seeking applications from those with a strong business development ethos and also the ability to sell on service rather than on price.
Excellent uncapped earning potential exists for ambitious high achievers.
JOB PACKAGE
Salary up to £75,000 year 1 earnings £100,000 year 2 £120,000 + all usual benefits company car or car allowance , family health cover , contributory pension etc
