DESCRIPTION
Our client a leading challenger bank asset financier for whom we have successfully sourced several originators over the last 24 months are seeking to hire an additional middle ticket focussed broker manager to cover the south.
Your mandate will be to deliver volume and margin targets that are very achievable and which we are happy to discuss with suitably qualified applicants.
You will work within a team of four regionally based managers, the primary responsibility of this position will involve the management, oversight, review and development of existing broker relationships as well as sourcing and establishing new broker / introducer arrangements.
Key objectives will be to both drive the origination of middle ticket transactions from these sources as well as where appropriate identify any potential SME flow volume which could benefit our flow team.
The role will require attending client visits, deal structuring, pricing to risk, liaison with the asset management team, business due diligence, financial analysis, preparation of credit applications and the oversight of both documentation and pay-out.
Candidate Profile
To apply you need to be based in the south of the UK but our client are flexible on where you are located in the South . London , South East , Thames Valley , Home Counties , South West are all viable locations as the brokers you will manage and develop range in location from Essex to Devon.
It is important that you have experience of working within a bank lessor environment that sources business through brokers, have a broad range of credit, structuring and documentation experience across a wide range of business and asset types as well as being self-motivated, results orientated and prepared to work to tight deadlines.

£85,000 OTE + 50% quarterly bonuses + car allowance plus excellent benefits
