Our client a leading funder, are interested in hiring a Broker Manager to develop a sales area encompassing South East England and East Anglia.
You will inherit supporting brokers on the sales area but will be tasked with growing our clients share of business from each existing broker but also identify, prospect and win new brokers.
Targets are realistic and achievable given our client has a very strong proposition in terms of asset class flexibility, credit appetite allied to fast decisions and rapid payout.
We are seeking applications from those who live on the sales area of South East England or East Anglia and have a strong asset finance sales background.
Preferably you will be a successful Broker Managers today but be seeking a higher income and a new and exciting challenge.
Alternatively you may have a direct bank asset finance sales background and have had some exposure to working with brokers but want to transition to a Broker Manager role.
Whatever your background you will need not only strong consultative sales skills possessing gravitas and presence to engage at principal level with brokers but also good technical skills in regard to credit, deal structuring etc to help add real value to your brokers.
You must be someone whose success to date has been based on adding value rather than selling on price.
Our client are a story book asset financier typically providing a cost funds of 8.0% for hard assets to their brokers and 10% for soft assets, please therefore apply only if you can sell to brokers at 8.0% +
Finally, we are seeking applications from those who have a genuine desire and preferably a need to earn a high and uncapped income.
Please apply only if you possess not only the experience outlined above but also have the work rate and drive needed to enable you to achieve targets to earn you £110,000 in year 1 and overachieve them to earn £150,000 in year 2.
Salary up to £65,000, possibly higher for an exceptional individual , realistic OTE £110,000 year 1 , £150,000 year 2 , commission is monthly paid and uncapped plus all usual large company benefits including a company car.
