Our client a fast growing long established financier who are part of a larger group are seeking up to 3 additional Broker Managers to join their existing highly successful sales staff.
Your role will be to inherit and grow existing lease brokers and , working with the senior leadership team to identify , prospect , win , on board and then manage new hard asset centric lease brokers.
Dependent on your location the anticipated mix of account management to new business development is expected to be broadly 50/50.
Our client have a compelling proposition for brokers of competitive lease rates coupled with a high quality service levels , fast deal turnaround and pay out and local underwriting of deals to £1m .
Average deal sizes today are £100,000 and typically rates offered to brokers , dependent on asset class and credit covenant range from 5.0% to 12.0%
Targets are realistic and reflect the fact that their rates whilst competitive are not the lowest in the market as they are not seeking to compete in the race to the bottom that some volume biased competitors appear to be involved in.
Our client are already well represented in Southern England so applications are of most interest from those based from South Midlands Northward to the Scottish border.
Our preferred applicant will be an experienced broker manager who has a network of brokers they know and can re-leverage in a new environment with a stronger service proposition.
We are willing though to consider applications from those with asset finance sales background whom we believe can make the transition from direct driven hard assets or vendor driven hard assets to that of being a broker manager.
Whatever your background you will need to be a target orientated, sales driven individual who has a demonstrable record of achievement and a good understanding of all the usual finance products , experience of refinancing and also of a broad range of hard assets is also key.

To £76,000 including car allowance with monthly paid commission + quarterly bonuses realistic OTE’s of £120,000 plus excellent large company benefits.
