They understand that credit approvals, customer service and bottom-line price is pivotal to succeed in the broker market. They have built a sleek back office and leasing platform, designed to allow their Business Development Managers and Agency Representatives to focus on what they do best: selling and canvassing new customers.
They pride themselves on delivering a fast, efficient and friendly service, ensuring that customers’ experience is one they’ll want to repeat time and time again. They have partnered with a number of carefully-selected financial institutions that facilitate Equipment Finance, Commercial Loans, Commercial Mortgages, Trade Finance and Invoice Discounting. Their aim is to provide their Sales People with a portfolio of products that enables them to maximise every customer opportunity.
As well as focusing on office equipment, plant, machinery, general equipment and commercial vehicles, they also fund softer assets such as, mezzanine flooring, racking, furniture, computer software and catering equipment , their range of funders allow the financing of virtually any asset for business use.
Typically facilities range from £1k – £25M, with payment periods from 1 – 7 years. They have the ability to open up a number of active credit lines for your business with nil deposits, VAT deferrals to meet customers’/suppliers’’ cash flow requirements.
As well as funding, with traditional leasing facilities, business equipment, machinery, IT. & Vehicles, our client can provide alternative funding & sourcing for business finance requirements.

Your role will be one of selling a range of finance packages to B2B customers, either direct with the end user or via equipment suppliers/manufacturers/vendors or distributors to provide point of sale finance. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships by phone and through meetings, identifying their own and their customers’ requirements and providing financial solutions to help the equipment sale.
You will retain accounts won and will be supported by an experienced sales support team who will work with you to help you achieve your targets, maintain your accounts and allow you to continue to find new opportunities. Full marketing support is available along with access to telesales appointment setting.
We are seeking applications from strong new business developers who are able to sell on service not simply on price , despite the fact that our clients has 40 funders that offer excellent cost of funds to maximise your own profit potential.
We are seeking applications from new business hunters who can create strong business relationships with equipment suppliers and or customers.
Our client has 5 different divisions , soft assets , hard assets , loans , green energy ,& cars we are happy to receive applications from specialists or generalists.
In terms of location applications from those based anywhere in England & Wales will be considered , those with supplier or customer contacts that can be re-leveraged in a new environment are particularly encouraged to apply.
What is crucial is your genuine desire and need for a high and uncapped income our ideal applicant will be earning £70,000 today but has the hunger and desire to earn £150,000 a year. Please do not apply if you only need £60,000 a year.
Our client pays commission monthly and earnings are completely uncapped – their leading earner makes £300,000 per annum – this could be you !
Salary to £50,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 20% commission on gross profit above a qualifying figure
Commission is monthly paid with totally uncapped earnings.
