Our client a leading long established lessor with an annual new business turnover of c£250m per annum are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their expanding IT finance team.
Reporting to the Sales Director of the division your role will be to identify , prospect and win new name IT resellers.
Having won these resellers with the offer of our clients class leading service and support you will then manage and develop them.
Targets are very realistic and take into account the wholly new business nature of the position.
Expectations are that in year one you should write £2m and in year two £5m.
Candidate Profile
This is hybrid role where you will be expected to work from our clients head office in the northern part of the West Midlands for two days a week whilst the rest of the week you can work from home.
As a consequence we will only accept applications from those who are West Midlands based and are realistically and sustainably able to work two days a week from our clients offices.
Our clients preferred profile are applicants with experience in the sales aid leasing sector possibly with a lease broker but are now looking to work for a funder and those with a strong new business background.
If you are someone who has the ability to prospect and win new IT reseller relationships , cold calling both physically and by phone together with putting together a digital marketing strategy then we are very keen to talk to you.
