Our client a leading asset financier are seeking to hire an Internal Sales Executive to work with existing lease brokers financing transactions to £500,000 in size across hard and soft assets.
This role would suit a self-confident, credible, and ambitious individual with a developed collaboration and team spirit who would be looking to further their career within Asset Finance
You will be an our clients representative in the Asset Finance market responsible for a number of key deliverables encompassing
- Share responsibility with their Broker Manager “DDM” to originate the required number of proposals and profitable volume of business per month as targeted
- Originate and develop new business with existing assigned Brokers by maintaining and strengthening the business relationship.
- Manage daily pipeline of proposals and achieve an adequate acceptance to completion ratio for Brokers of responsibility.
- Support BDM with customer document creation and pay out checks process.
- Instruct vehicle valuations from approved our clients valuation panel.
- Ensure weekly LinkedIn deal templates sent to marketing.
- Ensuring brokers trading agreements are signed appropriately and managing brokers regulatory compliance requirements (AML, GDPR, TFC, Complaint Handling)
- Build individual relationships with the business owner as well as the Broker ‘sales force to maximise success.
- Master our clients web portal and App for quoting and proposals and Understand our clients rate & commission structure and End of Term process
- Conducting timely Broker reviews and keep Brokers reviews on target
- To appreciate the quality of suppliers and their invoicing by way of deposits & VAT.
- To support BDM with occasional broker visits when required.
KPI’s will include
- Completion of documentation requests from brokers inside 4 hours
- Broker Reviews to be updated and maintained in line with business requirements
- To achieve a personal sales target from own panel of brokers
- To work closely with their regional BDM to deliver market leading service
- Effective pipeline management
- Regular communication with both their own and BDM brokers to maximise increase business levels
Candidate Profile
If you are able to work from our clients central London office 50% of the time , 3 days in one week and 2 the next and have a background in asset finance in customer facing roles please apply
The ideal applicant with have the following experience , skills :
- Asset Finance experience in a relevant role
- Working within the UK broker market
- Understanding of the end to end Asset Finance process from enquiry to payout
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as the business requires
- An understanding of regulatory requirements including KYC/AML and FCA Regulations.
- Be Highly collaborative
- Be Service focussed
- Possess Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
Salary to £45,000 , on target earnings + 25% quarterly paid plus excellent benefits.
