Our client one of the UK’s fastest growing asset financiers are seeking to attract and hire a Business Development Director to lead their strategic engagement with hard asset vendors and OEM’s. Their interest is particularly focussed on truck and plant assets.
Their proposition is a very compelling one of encompassing rates of tier 1 , 2 and 3 , very high credit acceptance levels and extremely fast service levels.
They are seeking to hire a well connected highly experienced originator who has a C level network of contacts across the truck and plant sectors and the ability to re-leverage these relationships.
You will be expected to work closely with our clients CEO to get them in front of your contacts with you to then propose, win and then launch our clients service.
Depending on the service requirements of the national programmes you win it is anticipated that you will strategically manage the relationships you win but you will also have access to a nationwide network of highly experienced external sales staff who can and will provide local support to programmes you have won.
To give an indication of scale our clients external sales force now numbers over 75 staff so there is no shortage of sales or managerial resource to support the programmes you win.
Candidate Profile
To apply for the position you must have a network of truck and or plant contacts at C level that you are able to re-leverage.
You also need to be motivated by and be comfortable in a role which is 100% new business.
You will possess the necessary gravitas and presence to operate comfortably and credibly with C suite decision makers and be someone who is able to move those decision makers to action by articulating the incremental value that can be delivered by partnering again with you and our client.
You also need to be someone who is genuinely motivated by high and totally uncapped earnings and who seeks to share in the value you bring.
It is anticipated that today you may work for a major lessor or possibly a very large broker but are not being equitably rewarded for the value you have added and are continuing to add , this is your opportunity to rectify that.
Leading earners at our client regularly earn more than £250,000 a year , this can readily be replicated by yourself given our clients uncapped pay plan.
