Our client a leading asset financier for whom we have placed over 50 staff since 2000 are seeking an additional Corporate Manager to join their highly successful Scottish asset finance sales team.
Your role is to identify and prospect for new direct or dealer driven business typically in the higher end of the SME sector and the SMB sector , typically £2m to £30m+ turnover customers.
Targets are very reasonable and they reflect the new business nature of the role
You will be expected to largely self source your own business but you will be strongly supported by management.
Superb uncapped earnings exist where you will earn commission on every deal you close, with no hurdle before you earn.
Once you have achieved £9m of volume you start to qualify for additional year end paid bonuses.
We will be happy to share the relevant commission rates that apply at different selling rates and the value of annual bonuses with any applicant that we wish to put forward.

Candidate Profile
To apply you can be based anywhere in Scotland providing you are willing to travel extensively to reach your customers.
You must have a successful background in asset finance and you need to be someone capable of constructing and closing larger deals than our clients typical sized deals.
Knowledge of a wide range of finance products encompassing lease , HP, refinance ( sale and leaseback , sale and HP back ) , receivables funding etc will all mark you out as someone with the skills and gravitas to be able to find and win larger deals.
Notwithstanding your technical skills we are seeking genuine new business hunters who have the willingness and skills to go out and find new business, cold calling , canvassing , networking and then closing.
We are also seeking also those that do not need to be the cheapest to succeed , whilst in this role our clients apply lower pricing than in their main stream roles they do not seek to be the cheapest , as to be so would prevent you earning the £160,000 + a year income a year or more that others we have placed in this position have advised us they have earned and more.

Salary to £70,000 + company car , monthly paid commission on every deal plus annual bonuses with totally uncapped earnings – realistic year 1 earnings £100,000+ , year 2 £130,000 + , year 3 £160,000 +
